God is answering prayers!

We are making friends here in our new town! Our family has been “adopted” by a young local church which is part of the ACTS 29 Network.  (This is the network that is assessing Don as a church planter.)   The pastors have invited Hubby to be a part of  leadership training classes and I get to be a part of the women’s group. Our new church is also helping us move forward in our own church planting efforts… unity, encouragement, and the heart of Jesus. I am soooo excited!

Some of us church ladies are even forming a Mama Group that is LOCAL! I even met a woman with three boys who just moved in my hood… more potential friends… and people to share the Good News with! More local people are showing interest in our church plant (Church of the Broken).

Our house is also coming along in the updated decorating realm.  Bye bye wallpaper and hello color!

A real random ramble:  I am signed up for a baby network site – I have my kiddos registered on there to track their development (including in utero bambino)… but my account keeps mysteriously adding a baby with the birthday of September 25, 2009.  So if you know of a baby who needs adopting and was born on that date… let me know!  Maybe God is trying to tell me something.  Haha!
